The site is located at the heart of the Truro and Threemilestone growth area. It extends to a total of 8.4 Hectares (21 acres) of allocated residential land. The site benefits from a previous extant planning permission for mixed use development and is allocated in the town framework. Westcountry Land are working closely with the key stakeholders for the development including adjacent land owners/developers and Cornwall Council to bring forward an appropriate scheme. It is anticipated that this scheme will deliver 250-300 new dwellings with a mixture of open market and affordable homes together with the delivery of a strategically important link road as well as wider services and infrastructure for the allocation as a whole. The development also includes significant areas of public open space, surface water drainage and pedestrian and cycle connectivity for the whole allocation.
