Located on the South Western edge of St Agnes, the site is relatively flat and extends to 1.35Hectares (3.25 acres). The land is immediately adjacent to the entrance of St Agnes and has direct frontage onto the B3277, Penwinnick Road. A scheme for 36 dwellings has been approved and is currently under construction abutting the Northern boundary. Therefore, this site is also appropriate for residential development. There is a substantial unfulfilled need for affordable housing in this area, which this scheme will help to meet. We are anticipating the delivery of 30-40 dweliings which will include a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms houses consisting of both open market and affordable homes. The development of this site is supported by national and local planning policy and St Agnes is a sustainable location. A planning application is being prepared and will be submitted by the end of 2019.
