Alphington, Exeter – The barns and cottages

As part of our ongoing involvement in South West Exeter, Westcountry Land & Homes have undertaken the retention and renovation of five existing cottages and the conversion of a traditional stone barn into three homes.

By transforming buildings that would otherwise have been demolished, we’ve given them a new lease of life. These eight homes have been fully occupied since completion, and each time one becomes available, it is quickly re-let — a clear reflection of the quality, design, and lasting appeal of these properties.

This success has strengthened our commitment to providing high-quality rental homes and expanding our role as a responsible, long-term residential landlord, focused on well-managed, future-proof housing.
