Alphington, Exeter – Barratt Homes Phase

Located just north of the A30 and M5 interchange at South West Exeter, the Alphington site is directly accessed via Chudleigh Road and connects conveniently to the A379.

Westcountry Land & Homes first became involved with Alphington in 2013, securing planning permission for a residential development of 205 new homes.

This phase of the project was sold to Barratt Homes, who have since delivered the scheme to a high standard, contributing significantly to the growing South West Exeter community.

The success of this initial phase laid the groundwork for Westcountry Land’s continued investment and long-term vision for the area.
