Bere Alston Co-Op

We are committed to bringing a new local convenience store to Bere Alston, which we plan to build and retain under a lease agreement with Co-Op. Our planning application, originally submitted in June 2022, was unfortunately refused in August 2024. However, we strongly believe in the benefits this store will bring to the local community and have submitted a planning appeal in November 2024. We are now awaiting the decision and remain hopeful for a positive outcome that will allow us to deliver this much-needed amenity.
