Callywith Road, Bodmin

The site is located in an excellent position within the existing built environment of Bodmin. As an expanding town, centrally located in Cornwall with immediate access to the A30, Bodmin represents a prime location for new housing. The site sits adjacent to an existing retail park to the east and is bounded to the north by the new Callywith College campus.

Allocated within the Cornwall Local Plan, the site was earmarked for a residential development of 160 new homes. Working in partnership with Bunny Homes, planning permission was secured and development has since commenced.
