East Langarth, Truro



The site is located at the heart of the Truro and Threemilestone growth area. It extends to a total of 8.4 hectares (21 acres) of allocated residential land. The site benefits from a previous extant planning permission for mixed use development and is allocated in the town framework. Westcountry Land & Homes are working closely with the key stakeholders for the development including adjacent land owners/developers and Cornwall Council to bring forward an appropriate scheme. It is anticipated that this scheme will deliver 260 new dwellings with a mixture of open market and affordable homes together with the delivery of a strategically important link road as well as wider services and infrastructure for the allocation as a whole. The development also includes significant areas of public open space, surface water drainage, and pedestrian and cycle connectivity for the whole allocation.
