Fowey Co-Op

We are pleased to be delivering a new local convenience store in Fowey, which will be built and retained by us under a lease agreement with Co-Op. With planning approval granted in March 2023, construction began in January 2024, and we are making great progress on-site. This store will provide a valuable amenity for the local community, offering convenience and essential services in a prime location. The project was completed and handed over in Summer 2025 and the store is open and welcoming customers.
