Ivybridge

We are excited to be bringing forward plans for a new residential development in Ivybridge, located on a 9-acre site east of Stibb Lane, to the northeast of the town. Our proposal includes 96 thoughtfully designed homes, aimed at delivering much-needed housing in this desirable location. We are preparing to submit a planning application in 2026 and look forward to working closely with the local community and stakeholders to create a well-connected and sustainable development.
