Pen Bethan, Kergilliack, Falmouth

A strategically important large site on the western edge of Falmouth, this land at Kergilliack included an allocation for residential development for the short and long term expansion of Falmouth. Westcountry Land & Homes brought forward a planning application for approximately 135 dwellings on 3.5 hectares (8.5 acres) which included a mixture of affordable and open market homes together with public open space.  This site would be well integrated with the balance of the site allocation and also connects very well into recently developed schemes adjacent to the site.

Planning was approved in December 2021 and the site is now under construction.
