Little Orchard, Yelverton

On the edge of the Dartmoor National Park, near Yelverton in Devon. Westcountry Land & Homes Director, John Schuttkacker, purchased the site in 2016 with an extant planning permission to replace an old bungalow with a new large four bedroom family home.  The bungalow had already been demolished and John is intending to create a unique contemporary family home for his wife Kate and two daughters, Jessica and Ruby.
