Little Orchard, Yelverton

On the edge of the Dartmoor National Park, near Yelverton in Devon. Westcountry Land & Homes Director, John Schuttkacker, purchased the site in 2016 with an extant planning permission to replace an old bungalow with a modern contemporary family home. A lifetime project and a labour of love. The house was complete in 2021 and a recent addition of an annexe has provided space and a perfect base for the Westcountry Land Devon office.

The house won “best interior design, private residence” at International Property Awards sponsored by Rolls Royce.
