Marhamchurch, Bude

The site is located in the village of Marhamchurch, 3 miles from Bude in North Cornwall. This site is on the edge of the existing village, immediately adjoining the existing settlement boundary. Westcountry Land & Homes identified an exceptional need for affordable housing in this location and targeted this site to deliver truly affordable housing for local people.

Westcountry Land & Homes worked closely and collaboratively with Marhamchurch Parish Council to bring forward a high quality housing development which would contribute significantly to the affordable housing need in the area. A planning application for 20 new homes including 10 affordable homes for local people in need was approved by delegated powers in July 2016, and construction was completed in 2018.
