Mitchell, Nr Truro

This site is sandwiched between the existing village of Mitchell and the A30 in central Cornwall. Mitchell represents a very convenient location within Cornwall, with close proximity and access to the A30 and is a very well located village for commuting to the major employment centres in the county.

The site itself extends to 3.2 acres and Westcountry Land & Homes engaged with the parish council from a very early stage to establish how they would like to see the site developed. We designed a scheme to incorporate all of the requirements of the parish council together with 37 new homes of which 50% will be affordable.

Planning permission was granted in December 2018, and the homes were developed and completed by the end of 2019.
