Newton Road, St Mawes

Westcountry Land & Homes worked in conjunction with the landowners to promote this site in St Mawes for residential development. St Mawes is one of the highest value areas in Cornwall, and as such many local people are forced to move away. A priority for Westcountry Land & Homes is always to deliver affordable housing in areas which need it the most.

Planning permission was achieved in April 2018, the site was subsequently sold and developed, with construction starting in 2019 and now fully complete.
