St Agnes Co-Op

We remain committed to delivering a new local convenience store in St Agnes, which we plan to build and retain under a lease agreement with Co-Op. While our initial planning application was refused in November 2024, we have carefully addressed the concerns raised and are preparing to submit a revised application. We believe this store will provide a valuable amenity for the local community, and we look forward to working towards a successful outcome in the planning process.

We have now submitted a revised application which is due for consideration at the end of 2025.
