Teigngrace

To enable our allocated land for 180 homes to be delivered in Alphington, we had to provide a Gypsy and Traveller pitch. We successfully negotiated and purchased a site in Teigngrace to deliver not only the pitch required to meet our planning requirement, but we have also obtained consent for a further 7 pitches.

The project was completed in 2020.
