Tencreek Farm, Liskeard

We are excited to be bringing forward a major residential development at Tencreek Farm, Liskeard. We have worked together in a joint venture with Wain Homes. We submitted a planning application in April 2022, and we were pleased to receive approval in July 2024. With construction now underway, following Wain Homes’ start on site in December 2024, this development will deliver 202 high-quality homes, contributing to the growing community in Liskeard.
