Threemilestone, Truro

Threemilestone is a village in the civil parish of Kenwyn, located precisely three miles west of Truro, the only city in Cornwall. Threemilestone has grown in recent years, as housing estates to the west have been developed. Between Truro and Threemilestone there is a continuous line of schools, colleges and industrial estates, including Truro College and Richard Lander School, a mere two-minute walk from the centre of Threemilestone. The village also has its own primary school which has approximately 400 pupils. In Threemilestone there is a central area of shops and facilities which include a Spar shop, a Co-op supermarket, a baker, fish & chip shop, butchers, chemist, doctor’s surgery, launderette, hair salon, barbers, Post Office, community centre, Victoria Inn (Public House), and social club, Methodist church, dentist, and Chinese takeaway.

Planning has been granted for 29 apartments, as a “built-for-rent” scheme, including access, car parking and landscaping in the centre of Threemilestone. The company intend to build this scheme and retain it as part of our portfolio.
